Some days you may be up and some days you might be down-whatever the case may be, never give up! Keep persisting through challenges, maintain determination, and keep striving toward your goals. Keep trying despite difficulties!

Father of mankind, forgive our feverish ways. Re-clothe us in our rightful mind. Bring us in to a healthy mental state.

Fret Not-(psalm 37-1-8) Fret not thyself because of evildoers,neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. 2.For they shall soon be cut down like the grass,and wither as the greenherb. 3. Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 4. Delight thyself also in the Lord;and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5. Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass. 6. And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light,and thy judgment as the noonday. 7. Rest in the Lord,and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. 8. Cease from anger,and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

We should stay away from stagnated water-it is dangerous and hazardous to our health- we seek out clear running water that is vital to our health. Same can apply to people. Stay away from people that is dangerous and mean you no good, drain your strength and keep you upset and always in a negative frame of mind. Clear Water friends are positive minded and always lift your spirit. In this time in the world, we need Clear minded friends around us. Some time we have to prune off the bad people and seek more positive ones. CHOOSE CLEAR WATER OVER STAGNATED WATER!

In Times like these we need an Anchor- Everyday bring change in the world. Things are happening that we have not seen before. We are getting discouraged and distraught about what is happening around us-But hold on-Get anchored in the Righteous One.

May the New Year bring you blessings in abundance of love, Joy, Health, Peace and Prosperity, with some to spare! Don't forget to treat others as you would want others to treat you. Let's make this year a more kinder world. We together can make things brighter around us. LET'S DO IT! NO MONEY IS REQUIRED!

This is the season on reflection for the many blessings that have been bestowed upon each of us throughout the past year. So, throughout the year it may not have been all peaches and cream, but thankful we lived to see another day. So let us pause, and give special thanks----that things have been as good as they are. BLESSINGS!

Stay in a state of being calm,peaceful, and untroubled. Peace is our highest aspiration --It is found in every zip code.

When things go wrong as they sometimes will; when the road you're trudging seems all uphill; when the funds are low, and the debts are high; And you want to smile but you have to sigh; when care is pressing you down a bit--- Rest if you must, but don't quit!

Why you are passing through this world of sin and others will view your life; Be clean and pure from within. Your life is a book before their eyes, they are reading it through and through. so live your life for Christ both day and night; be faithful, be brave and true. Lead the lost today by being that good example. Let others see hope and goodness in you.

A good start to adding meaning to your life is to love yourself. If you love your self, then you will have love for someone else. Help others where you can and when you can. Don't hold grudges-forgive quickly and let the matter go. Choose your friends wisely; everyone is not your friend. Let's be sure of one thing-Jesus is our best friend. True friends are with you when things are good and when they are going bad in difficult situations. Whether in sickness or in death. They know you when you are on your spiritual high or on your downard low, They are there!

Based on Galatins 6:2-"Bear ye one another's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ" All around you are people who could be wonderfully affected by your help and kindness. God asks you to have an impact on the world by loving them as He loves them. The most meaningful work you can do is to care for the people around you. Will you do it?

Men give awards for achievements accompolished for one's effort or skill. God gives Rewards for fair return for doing good. One will recieve what he or she deserves. What is more important-- Awards or Rewards.

LET US NOT FORGET Dr. King's words "We are free at last, We are free at last thank God Almighty we are free at last." Join me in making his dream alive in making this world a better place. It starts with you and me.

Be kind to all you meet-You never know the burdens they carry-share a kind word! You never know, this may be just what they need. Words can heal or words can kill-Let's be Healers not Killers!

When you open your hand good things flows out. When your hand is closed, nothing can flow out or nothing can get in. With hands open you give freely, and is generous and ready to help those in need. So let's practice the open hand to make our world around us a more better place.

peace is a concept of societal friendship and harmony is the absence of hostility and violence. In a social sense, Peace means a lack of conflict. Let's choose unity, peace and brotherly kindness. Let the peace of God rule in our hearts.

PS.121:1 I look to the hills from whence cometh my help. Where does my help come from? My help cometh from the Lord, which made Heaven and Earth. He won't let your foot slip.He who watches over you won't get tired.

Reflect on God's Promises to help you in whatever you're facing today. Take encouragement from the truth that God is with you and God's love and mercy is overflowing for you. We can have confidence in God to follow through with HIS promises in His perfect timing. His promises are our anchor and our hope. Sometimes we have to wait patiently and trust in God.
